Acquired Morarjee Goculdas Spinning and Weaving Co. Ltd. to mark our very first entrepreneurial venture.
Acquired Miranda Tools to expand into the manufacturing of precision engineering cutting tools and established an additional facility in Ankleshwar to drive growth and leadership.
Miranda Tools became the first Indian company in its sector to receive ISO 9000 certification.
The Engineering Foray
We formed a prestigious shirting division through a joint venture with Mannifatturai di Valle Brembana, a leading Italian firm to elevate our textile craft.
